|Recommended: YesI've been here one year and glad I made this choice — Quiet, and friendly. Some residents have lived here a long time, and that says a lot about the apartments and the upkeep. The staff, front office...manager and maintenance are the best. Hope they stay at Deerfield. Would hate to see them leave. I have not had any problems and thankful I decided on Deerfield.

|Recommended: YesMuch better than other communities I have lived in. — Noise reduction is better than any community I have lived in but still wish it was a little better. Not sure how bad the noise is for the people below me. Hopefully I do not make too much noise walking around my apartment. I do not want to disturb my neighbors.

|Recommended: YesQuiet, clean, feels like home — I lived at Deerfield Apartments for 4 years, bought a house, decided owning a house wasn't for me, and moved back to Deerfield Apartments and I have been living here for another 4 years. The complex has many trees, a nice pool, a workout room and is very quiet. Management is easily accessible and when repairs are needed, they are repaired in a timely manner. Rent prices are comparable for this area and security is great with the front gate and locked door hallways. Deerfield Apartments are centrally located to access many highways and there are plenty of shopping venues around.
